Bark For Life

We are happy to annually sponsor Bark For Life event which is a noncompetitive walk for dogs and their owners. This event raises funds and brings awareness to the American Cancer Society and their fight against human cancer.

During the month of March, you can purchase baked goods at Island Animal Hospital to help us raise money for Bark For Life.

Just for fun, if you attend the main event on March 2th, stop by the IAH tent and have your dog’s photo taken at our Kissing Booth!

TeleVet for Pet Owners

Have you ever been in a situation where it is hard to bring your pet to the veterinarian, or you are not sure if the veterinary visit is necessary? Because times like these happen, IAH is piloting TeleVet for pet owners. When you download the TeleVet App, you can request a remote consultation with Dr. Luckstone or Dr. Hill during our normal business hours. This App lets you send photos or videos of your pet and send a summary of your pet’s health concerns to us. Our veterinarians will review your request, review your pet’s medical history, and begin to communicate with you using instant messaging or video chat.
