Dr. Jan Rossiter became the owner of Island Animal Hospital in 1984. The practice has been in existence since the late 1960’s, and was located in its original office on Frederica Road. Practice growth demanded a larger and updated facility, so a new animal hospital was built in 1993 on Demere Road. Island Animal Hospital has continued to grow and to offer better and more advanced services.
Dr. Jason Arbo joined the practice in 2006, and in 2008, Dr. Brennan McGoldrick joined us as well. We all share in the philosophy of providing the most complete and competent medical and surgical care possible for our patients and their owners. To this end, we constantly strive to improve our procedures, skills, and services offered.
